Brian N. Evans, MD is a board-certified plastic surgeon and diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery whose private practice is divided between reconstructive surgery and wound care.
Dr. Evans is currently the Medical Director of the Advanced Wound and Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment Center in West Hills, California. His focus is pressure ulcer management, diabetic wound care, skin cancer surveillance, limb salvage, flap reconstruction, skin grafts and use of cost saving Hyberbaric Oxygen Therapy.
Dr. Evans offers cutting edge Hyberbaric treatments that improve patient mobility, heals wounds in shorter time frames and facilitates patient’s quick return to baseline. He also incorporates pressure ulcer comprehensive risk assessment and preventive wound care interventions into his plans of care. Dr. Evans is an advocate of developing strong Transitional Wound Management Programs for patients so that there is a seamless transition from inpatient to outpatient care.
Dr. Evans is Chief of Surgery at UCLA West Valley Hospital and Director of the Advanced Wound & Hyperbaric Center at UCLA west valley hospital.
